Equity House Financial (EHF) has been in existence since
1983. It is a Real Estate Acquisition and Development firm specializing
in the strategic acquisition of income producing properties to create
economic value for our investor-co-partners.
EHF's corporate philosophy is to achieve optimal returns for our investor
by identifying and acquiring undervalue property's assets and maximizing
the value of these assets through reposition, intensive, management and
development.
EHF invests in all types of commercial income-producing real property
throughout the United States for its own account and for its investor
co-partners.
The company's primary focus is the acquisition of real estate assets that
display significant upside potential and attractive cash flow for institutional
investors and company-sponsored partnerships.
EHF has special expertise in the successful selection and structuring
of real estate investment opportunities for real estate investment groups
or syndicates demonstrated its ability to meet the objectives of individual
real estate investors by structuring profitable transactions that reflect
the sophisticated legal and accounting considerations which are the keystones
of a successful venture.
Through our team of experienced professional, EHF has the ability to select
investment objectives which most adequately fit the needs of an individual
investor, group of investors, or institutional investor - whether preservation
of capital, potential capital appreciation, or income.
EHF has long standing relationships with developers of institutional investment
properties, such as prime office buildings, hotels and resorts, shopping
centers with substantial clients with quality real estate investment products.
On existing properties, EHF provides our institutional client with and
evaluation of purchase and financing terms, computerized financial analysis,
including rates of return analysis, and appraisal services through independent
appraisal firms.
After-purchase asset and portfolio management and leasing services are
additional services provided by EHF where needed. EHF has its main offices
located in La Mesa, California, where it maintains 2,000 square feet of
Corporate Space.
